We are seeking an Automotive Receptionist/Cashier to become an integral part of our
team! You will also be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties that
are vital to the daily operations of an automotive dealership
Responsibilities:
● Welcome and identify customer needs
● Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and smile
● Assist managers with their administrative tasks
● Manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
● Training will be provided
Qualifications:
● Excellent phone skills in both English and Spanish
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Previous experience in customer service is a plus
● Ability to build rapport with customers to provide a world-class first impression
● Comfortable with a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a must
Schedule - Position includes night/weekend shifts, part-time is available
