Miami Lakes Auto Mall is Miami's largest New and used car dealer in south Florida.

Our Business Development Center representatives handle our online and digital traffic

and set appointments for our Sales Departments. We have created a brand new beautiful

call center to handle the 10,000 opportunities for our 8 brands located in the heart of

South Florida - we are responsible for all inbound calls and internet inquiries from new

and repeat clientele.

 - Pay

This position comes with hourly pay plus a monthly performance bonus.

Our average representatives earn between $2,800 and $6,400 Monthly.

Needed Experience:

• Prior BDC experience is preferred but will train the right candidate

• High-volume outbound call experience is a must

• 7,000 Inbound

• Handle Incoming calls

• 5-day work week

• Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly urged to apply

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• 12 hour shift

• 8 hour shift

• Holidays

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
