What You’ll Do
- Be a daily presence on the showroom floor, engaging directly with customers
- Support sales staff by jumping in on deals, offering guidance, and helping close
- Actively follow up with customers by phone to drive appointments and build relationships
- Respond to and communicate with internet leads as necessary
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team with real-time guidance and support
- Conduct daily sales meetings, training sessions, and performance check-ins
- Monitor sales metrics, lead response times, and customer satisfaction scores
- Ensure a smooth, customer-focused sales process from first contact to delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in automotive sales as a Salesperson, Sales Manager or Finance Manager
- Someone who enjoys talking with customers—on the floor and on the phone
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Experience working with CRM tools and internet lead management
- High-energy, positive, and approachable leadership style
- A closer who can support the team without overshadowing them
- Commitment to exceptional customer experience and fast follow-up
