Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our collision repair team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repairs, attention to detail, and a passion for restoring vehicles to their original condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality body repairs on damaged vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Assess vehicle damage and create repair plans.
- Replace and align body panels, bumpers, and other exterior components.
- Operate tools and equipment like welders, grinders, and paint sprayers.
- Collaborate with the paint team to ensure vehicles are fully restored.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure safety standards are followed in all repair processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or Collision Repair Specialist.
- Proficiency in repairing and replacing vehicle panels, bumpers, and other body parts.
- Knowledge of I-CAR and ASE certifications is preferred.
- Ability to operate a variety of auto body tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
