REQUIREMENTS - Previous sales experience *IS REQUIRED* FOR THIS POSITION! Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a high school degree (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a drug screening. High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed with us!

BONUS UP TO $10,000!!! Will need to show a provable track record in Auto Sales and proof of prior performance. Be prepared to show evidence through one or more of the following ways: by presenting quantifiable data—specifically CRM reports, and sales leaderboards.—that verify consistent, high-volume sales, high gross profit per unit, and high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores. To prove prior performance, sales professionals must go beyond a resume by showcasing specific metrics such as closing ratios, average units per month, and consistent quota fulfillment.

If Selected, We Offer: 

• $60,000 - $100,000 first year annual earning potential, overachievers can reach $90,000 !
• Hourly wage with overtime PLUS WEEKLY commissions AND A MONTHLY BONUS!

Requirements

• (2) years previous SALES EXPERIENCE is REQUIRED
• AUTO SALES experience is a plus!
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic required
• Professional appearance

• Receptive to new ideas
• Must have a Clean License (no major infractions)
• Must pass a Drug Test

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully

• An applicant must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• An applicant must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: 

 *Full-time Hourly

 *Monday thru Saturday with one day off during the week; always off on Sundays
