Auto or Diesel Technician - Mercedes Benz of Washington, PA

John Sisson Motors is a family-owned company that has been a part of the Washington, Pennsylvania community for over 50 years!

We are searching for driven and dedicated Auto or Diesel Technicians to join our team. We offer a state of the art/climate-controlled service garage, paid training, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, and Paid Vacation days.

Job Duties:

• Evaluate customer vehicles for concerns to perform maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly
• Identify electrical and/or mechanical problems
• Disassemble and reassemble parts
• Use factory and dealership testing equipment to facilitate repairs and maintenance
• Effectively communicate with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs
   

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous Mercedes Benz experience preferred (or experience with Audi or Volkswagen)
• Valid Driver's License
• PA State Inspection and Emission licenses
• Strong Computer Skills
• Mechanical and Diagnostic Skills
• Nights/Weekend Availability
• ASE certifications a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older

**RELOCATION MAY BE PROVIDED

Pay:  $30 - $45/hr flat rate pay for a Mercedes Certified Technician; depending on level and experience
 
 

In addition to the flat rate hours that the techs earn, we give monthly bonus incentives as follows:

CSI Incentive: 

Techs can earn $1 per flat rate hour for turned for that month, if the techs individual CSI score for the month exceeds the region score

Warranty hour incentive: 

We pay 20% more for every warranty hour that techs earn for the month

(example: if a tech turns 40 hours of paid warranty hours for the month they would get paid an additional 8 hours pay. 40 X 1.2 = 48)

Tired levels of bonus for hours turned: 

• 2 week pay period, techs can earn an additional $1 per flat rate hour at 100 hours 
• 2 week pay period, techs can earn an additional $2 per flat rate hour at 120 hours
• 2 week pay period, techs can earn an additional $3 per flat rate hour at 140 hours
