Job Title: Rehabilitation Technician PACE

Job Summary

Assist Therapists, provides maintenance care. Maintains supplies and equipment, maintains department in a clean and orderly manner.

Essential Job Functions

• Assists Therapists and assistants (PT, OT and/or ST) in treatment
• Provides maintenance care to participants per interdisciplinary team plan of care.
• Prepares participants for treatment
• Responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance of department equipment and supplies
• Maintains documentation per established department policies and procedures
• Participates in assigned team meetings
  
  

Education

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  

Experience

• 2 years of related experience
  
  

Licenses/Certifications

• Current BLS from the American Heart Association
  
  

Abilities Required

• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be able to treat patients of all ages including geriatrics
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish), knowledge of Creole a plus
• Microsoft Word & computer skills
