Duties

- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Assist in the management of clinic operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up care.
- Provide support for geriatric patients by understanding their unique needs and ensuring appropriate care.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Experience in a hospital or outpatient environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient care best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is an asset.
