Position Summary:
As a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR), you will be responsible for driving aftermarket sales and providing exceptional support to customers who operate material handling equipment, primarily forklifts. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting parts and service solutions, and ensuring the longevity and performance of customer fleets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote and sell parts, service contracts, maintenance programs, and other aftermarket solutions.
Conduct regular customer visits to assess equipment condition and identify support opportunities.
Collaborate with service technicians and internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Support warranty claims and coordinate with service departments for resolution.
Educate customers on proper equipment care, safety practices, and available support programs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, automotive, or material handling sectors.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and forklift operations is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Required Qualifications:
