We are seeking a proactive, trustworthy, and professional Administrative assistant to join our busy Hematology/Oncology private practice team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a doctor’s office.

Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and greet patients professionally
- Handle patient concerns and complaints with care and professionalism
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Supervise and support office staff
- Run reports and assist with administrative duties
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to patient and office needs
- Recommend and maintain efficient office processes
- Support daily office operations and maintenance
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in a medical office required
- Oncology/Hematology or outpatient private practice experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
