What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate (Arena) position at Miami HEAT?
Position Summary: The Retail Sales Associate's main responsibility is to sell merchandise and attend to customers in the FTX Arena store and counters. This position entails on stocking, visual merchandising and cashier duties. Excellent customer service skills are expected at all times. High school diploma or general educational degree (GED); Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills preferred. Successful candidate(s) will be required to comply with The HEAT Group Vaccination Policy.
