The Miami HEAT and the Kaseya Center are looking for a Receptionist to ensure that all incoming guests and callers are received in a Five-Star manner.

Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or GED. Must have at least one year of relevant experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Answer all incoming calls in a polite, professional manner
- Provide answers to general information questions, route calls to the correct individuals/departments
- Assist visitors and staff that enter the Arena
- Performing the duties of fire warden for Gate 4
- Assisting with other Administrative Services duties when necessary
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for maintaining coffee machines throughout the Arena.
