Receptionist

The Miami HEAT and the Kaseya Center are looking for a Receptionist to ensure that all incoming guests and callers are received in a Five-Star manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

• Answer all incoming calls in a polite, professional manner
• Provide answers to general information questions, route calls to the correct individuals/departments
• Assist visitors and staff that enter the Arena
• Performing the duties of fire warden for Gate 4
• Assisting with other Administrative Services duties when necessary
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for maintaining coffee machines throughout the Arena.

Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or GED. Must have at least one year of relevant experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
