Responsibilities

- Upsell relevant products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment strategies.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by participating in stock counts and reporting low stock levels promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette.
- Support store operations by assisting with cashiering duties, basic math calculations for transactions, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures.
- Lead or support supervising team members when needed, sharing best practices for customer engagement and store presentation.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Foster a welcoming environment for bilingual customers by communicating effectively in multiple languages if applicable.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, or grocery store operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in person or over the phone.
- Supervising experience is advantageous but not mandatory; leadership qualities are appreciated.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
