Miami Hair Transplant is currently hiring a motivated and energetic Bilingual Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

Competitive Base Salary Commission Performance Bonuses

Top performers currently earn between $2,000–$2,500 per week.

We are looking for individuals who are confident communicating with patients, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Speak with new patient leads and guide them through the consultation and sales process.
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled and confirmed procedures.
• Follow up consistently with potential patients and maintain active communication throughout the decision-making process.
• Identify patient needs, present treatment options clearly, and communicate the value of our hair restoration services.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally, including concerns related to price, timing, procedure details, financing, and decision-making.
• Use effective closing techniques to move qualified prospects toward a commitment and successfully close deals.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate patient appointments with the medical and administrative teams.
• Maintain accurate follow-up records and manage assigned leads efficiently.
• Build trust, create urgency when appropriate, and provide an excellent patient experience from the first contact through closing.
• Work closely with the medical, marketing, and management teams to maximize lead conversion and sales performance.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and convert leads into customers or patients.
• Strong objection-handling skills and confidence discussing pricing and financial commitments.
• Previous experience in sales, high-ticket sales, medical aesthetics, healthcare, cosmetic procedures, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable working with sales goals, conversion metrics, commissions, and performance targets.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate confidently by phone, text, and in person.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
