Miami’s leading network of music, art, and dance schools—is seeking a full-time Front Desk & Customer Experience Manager to join our leadership team. Typical Schedule (Full-time / 40 hours)
Sunday–Thursday (Fridays & Saturdays OFF)
- Monday–Thursday: 12:30pm–8:30pm
- Sunday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Occasional rotation between campuses for training and support.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome, register, and onboard new students and families
- Sell and explain the school’s programs and offerings
- Manage student accounts, enrollment, billing questions, and support requests
- Oversee teacher schedules and studio logistics
- Answer phones, manage inquiries, and support front-desk operations
- Lead onboarding and training for new team members
- Prepare retail materials and assist with day-to-day administrative needs
- Support a high-functioning, positive, and professional environment
- Help maintain smooth operations across all academy locations
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–5 years in a fast-paced customer-facing environment (hospitality, fitness, retail, medical office, etc.)
- 2 years of customer service experience (sales preferred)
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback & growth
- Not currently enrolled in college (full flexibility required)
