Position Overview
The Client Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting our organization with the community, fostering relationships, and promoting diaper need initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about social work and community engagement. The Client Outreach Coordinator will oversee our Direct Service Programs and manage client and vendor outreach.
This role focuses on ensuring program effectiveness, participant engagement, and community partnerships to maximize the program’s impact on families in need. The Client Outreach Coordinator will oversee logistics, participant outreach, and wraparound services at direct distribution points.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Support
-Collaborate with the Executive Director and Program Director to plan and implement the pilot program’s key elements.
-Lead outreach efforts to connect with current and potential clients to our services and other resources
-Coordinate program logistics, including diaper order schedules, transportation routes, and participant outreach strategies to ensure smooth program operations.
Program Operations
-Manage the daily operations of direct service programs to maintain efficiency and effectiveness, including scheduling deliveries, coordinating diaper sorting and distribution, and maintaining inventory.
-Manage approval of new clients and proper eligibility checks of all direct service program clients.
-Proactively secure in-kind donations and other essential diapering supplies to enhance the resources available for families at distribution points.
Community Outreach & Participant Engagement
-Drive community outreach efforts to engage both new and existing participants, connecting them to the direct service programs, resources, and benefits.
-Oversee participant recruitment, enrollment, and communication while ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for all program participants.
-Conduct and coordinate participant surveys and follow-ups to gather essential feedback and insights.
-Market programs through various channels, including social media, to reach a broader audience.
Coordination of Wraparound Services
-Identify and collaborate with local organizations to bring wraparound services to each distribution point, enriching the support available to families in need.
-Schedule and manage wraparound services at points of distribution, including resource-sharing and partnership management, to provide participants with comprehensive assistance.
Data Tracking & Program Evaluation
-Support data collection, tracking survey responses, and analyzing participant feedback to assess the program’s impact and inform ongoing program improvements.
-Collaborate with the Executive Director and Program Director to review survey data, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Candidates should possess a background in public health, social work, or a related field for a minimum of 2 years.
-Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or French Creole) is required
-Strong organizational skills and experience in program management, outreach, or community engagement.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for educating diverse audiences and fostering community relationships.
-Reliable transportation and ability to lift and carry boxes and other supplies.
Salary : $18 - $20
