Bachelor's degree. One year of administrative or business management experience. Must possess a Driver's License. Additional administrative or business management experience may susbtitute for the required college education in a year for year basis. Must possess a Driver License.

This position supports the oversight of fleet and capital assets for the Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department. Responsibilities include managing fleet unit procurement, tracking vehicle warranties, coordinating bid solicitations for construction equipment rentals, and conducting annual inventory reviews for fleet and capital assets. The role also performs random audits on non-capital assets and monitors deleted assets at the auction lot.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
