JOB SUMMARY:
The Spartan Store Sales Associate is responsible for the daily operation of the MCDS Spartan Shop, ensuring an organized, spirited, and customer-friendly environment. This role supports store operations, manages inventory, fulfills online orders, and represents Spartan pride in every interaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS:

Open and close the store according to scheduled hours

Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, faculty, and visitors

Manage inventory, including tracking stock levels and restocking merchandise

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space

Fulfill online orders from start to finish (receive orders, pick merchandise, quality-check items, and prepare for distribution)

Collaborate with school administration to share feedback and insights

Promote and represent Spartan pride and school spirit at all times
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Approximately 25 hours per week

Monday–Friday (typically 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Some evening and weekend availability required

At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
