Job Opening: Baseball Assistant Varsity Coach / JV Head Coach

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Assistant Varsity Coach / JV Head Coach to join our coaching staff and help continue the growth of our student-athletes and baseball culture.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Varsity Head Coach in planning and running practices.
• Serve as Head Coach for the Junior Varsity team: managing games, lineups, and player development.
• Support the development of players through individualized instruction and positive mentorship.
• Help maintain facilities, equipment, and team organization.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.
• Uphold school and FHSAA standards for conduct, sportsmanship, and safety.
Qualifications
• Previous coaching or playing experience (high school, college, or professional level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals, skill development, and team management.
• Ability to teach and motivate student-athletes in a structured environment.
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
• Must complete required Miami-Dade County Public Schools background check and certification process.
