Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, & managing Installation Teams
- Responsible for the project planning, verification of required products, installation, quality control, maintenance, take down and packaging of all projects
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve elevated customer issues
- Identify items that need to be repaired or disposed of before removal of projects
- Fleet Management (trucks, trailers, equipment and tools) including daily equipment and tool logs
- Additionally, you will be responsible for any other tasks or assignments as my be required, demonstrating your flexibility and readiness to contribute to MCL.

Qualifications:
Required
- Minimum 3 years of field operation project management experience
- 2 years of experience directly managing 10 or more employees.
- High School Diploma/equivalent
- Technology savvy and proficient in mobile apps and cloud based software.
Preferred
- Associates Degree or higher
- Electrical knowledge
- Heavy equipment experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
