Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media accounts (including Instagram and TikTok), developing and executing content strategies, and creating engaging content for various social media platforms. The role involves daily monitoring, interacting with the community, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure growth and engagement. The Social Media Manager will work closely with various team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and tools
- Creativity and ability to work independently as well as part of a team (we pride ourselves on having a team we consider family, a lot of your work will include this great team!)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not necessary
This is a part-time role that will be flexible with no set schedule or hours. The first three months will be a probationary period to gauge if we are a good match.
