Miami Alkaline Water just partnered with All Year Cooling and Plumbing! We are seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Technician to join our Coral Springs team. This position involves providing comprehensive HVAC sales solutions and water solutions to residential and light commercial customers throughout South Florida.

Essential Job Functions

• Present HVAC system solutions and water solutions
• Learn how to test a client's water quality to cross-sell them
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt follow-up
• Perform field duties with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards and safety protocols
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of HVAC installation, operation, maintenance, and repair experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or related technical field
  
  
  

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, torches, and related equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Capability to climb and work safely from ladders
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
  
  
  

Work Schedule

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week
• Primary schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts
• Weekend availability required as needed
• Occasional evening work may be required
• On-call rotation participation
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• $2000/month base salary commissions from both HVAC and Water divisions with earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually
