Miami AirSoft is hiring responsible, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team!
Established in 2011, Miami AirSoft operates a 25,000-square-foot indoor AirSoft arena offering recreational games, birthday parties, group events, and tactical training experiences.
We are looking for dependable team members who enjoy working with people, can handle a fast-paced environment, and are willing to learn.
No previous AirSoft experience required. Training is provided!
Available Positions & Responsibilities
Arena Referees / Range Safety Officers
- Supervise AirSoft games and enforce safety regulations.
- Explain game rules and safety procedures to customers.
- Organize games and maintain a fun, safe playing environment.
- Assist customers with rental equipment.
Customer Service / Sales Associates
- Greet customers and assist with registration and check-in.
- Process admissions, equipment rentals, and retail purchases.
- Explain packages, pricing, and services.
- Assist with birthday parties and group events.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility.
AirSoft Gun Technicians
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot rental AirSoft equipment.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with equipment preparation and organization.
- Previous technical or mechanical experience is not needed.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Comfortable working with children, teenagers, and adults.
- Willingness to perform cleaning and general facility maintenance.
- Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
