We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative specializing in Aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. Responsibilities
· Represent MASI's maintenance, repair, and overhaul services to the commercial aviation sector;
· Report and provide sales and business development progress to upper management;
· Develop strategic sales growth strategies;
· Establish sales growth through current and new customers;
· Manage sales opportunities through every stage of the process;
· Maintain customer relationships for repeat business;
· Obtain customer feedback to assist in establishing business development efforts and strategies;
· Travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events/exhibitions; and
· Perform other sales and marketing tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related professional field;
· 5 years prior experience in an MRO sales position for an FAA-certified repair station or similar aircraft maintenance operations;
· Effective negotiation skills and a proven sales track record;
· Strong verbal and written communication skills,
· Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company work product and related policies and procedures;
· Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
Job will also have a commission structure.
Pay: $36,000.00 per year
