Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and experience in capturing stunning imagery and footage of properties.
Responsibilities:
Photography:
- Capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties, both interior and exterior.
- Ensure photos are well-lit, well-composed, and showcase the property’s best features.
- Flying drones
Videography:
- Create engaging property videos, including walkthroughs, drone footage, and virtual tours.
- Flying drones
Collaboration:
- Work closely with real estate agents and property owners to understand their vision and requirements.
Equipment Management:
- Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Travel:
- Travel to various property locations to perform shoots.
- Be flexible with schedules, including availability for shoots on weekends and evenings as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a real estate photographer and videographer.
- Proficiency in using professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and other equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- FAA Part 107 certification for commercial drone operation.
