Position Overview:
MIA Shoes is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team across Amazon, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for a current student, recent graduate, or aspiring marketer looking to begin their career and develop practical skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing initiatives while supporting day-to-day administrative, organizational, and creative tasks. This is a part-time, hourly position in our office in Doral. Approximately 20 hours per week across 3-4 weekdays.
What You’ll Do
- Support marketing projects and campaigns across our brand channels, including ecommerce, email, Amazon, and wholesale.
- Assist with organizing creative assets, product information, marketing calendars, and project trackers.
- Support wholesale marketing initiatives, including trade show planning, preparation of marketing materials, and data entry related to wholesale acounts.
- Support creative tasks such as resizing images, building simple graphics, drafting copy, and preparing presentations.
- Assist with campaign setup, quality checks, and gathering basic performance metrics.
- Research trends, competitors, and content ideas to support upcoming initiatives.
- Help with administrative tasks, sample coordination, and other day-to-day team needs.
What We’re Looking For
- A current student, recent graduate, or entry-level candidate with an interest in marketing, ecommerce, fashion, or a related field.
- A consistent weekly schedule will be established based on team needs and availability, with flexibility to accommodate a class schedule.
- Must be willing to work from our HQ in Doral, Florida
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt as priorities shift.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation, imagery, or reporting is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge and passion for the fashion industry is a big plus!
