Position Overview:
We’re looking for caring, responsible, and energetic babysitters to join our growing team in the Northern Virginia area. Ideal candidates love working with children and are dependable, creative, and professional.

Typical Duties Include:

• Providing attentive, nurturing, and safe childcare in family homes
• Engaging children with age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
• Assisting with meals, snacks, and light clean-up after playtime or meals
• Helping with homework or bedtime routines as needed
• Communicating updates with parents before and after each booking
• Ensuring a positive, respectful, and fun environment for kids

Requirements:

• Must be CPR certified
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior babysitting, nannying, or childcare experience preferred
• Responsible, punctual, and great with communication
