Duties
- Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, and skin treatments with precision and professionalism.
- Follow strict sanitation protocols and infection control procedures to ensure client safety during all procedures.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment results.
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic tools to support clients’ ongoing skincare needs.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
- Proven experience in performing facials, waxing, brow and lash services, and full body treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, infection control practices, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with esthetic chemical peel treatments, dermabrasion techniques, and customized skin care treatments.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to follow safety regulations.
- Demonstrated sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence to enhance client satisfaction.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
