The specialist will monitor site performance, analyze sales and customer behavior, and support promotional campaigns to increase online revenue and conversion rates. Daily tasks include replying to all customer service messages inquiries, coordinating with store and marketing teams, handling basic customer inquiries related to online orders, and ensuring a consistent brand experience. The role also involves tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements to enhance online merchandising and customer engagement.
