Your goal is to maximize the comfort, dignity, and well-being of patients and their families in alignment with the interdisciplinary plan of care and all regulatory standards. In the role of Hospice Admission RN, you will also be responsible for initiating the hospice plan of care and ensuring clear, timely communication in accordance with established guidelines.
