Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Full-time RN position to provide individualized nursing care at the place of residence/home of clients with acute, chronic and complex conditions. Monday - Friday 8am-4:30 pm; 2 holidays a year. Weekend rotation based on how many nurses are employed. On call only Saturday and Sunday 8am-4:30 pm on your scheduled weekend. No weekday or weekend evening call.
