Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Full Time Medical Records Clerk needed for Mercy Home Health in Springfield, PA. This is a hybrid position working mostly remote. Must be local. The Medical Records Clerk is responsible and accountable for the processing of all digital documents to patient records, Compile records for Insurance audits, and logging requisitions. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. No weekends or holidays. Requirements include: High School diploma or equivalent Attention to detail and accuracy a must Strong computer skills Health care experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills. Displays optimal critical thinking skills. Knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations preferred Working knowledge of managed care environment preferred Experience multi-tasking on multiple computer systems.. Must have valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site. Ability to consistently demonstrate a commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adhere to the Compliance Program.
