Position Description: MI Technical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join its team. In this role, the Power Platform Developer is responsible for the creation and sustainment of Power Platform solutions, applications, and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions
- Build custom applications using Power Apps
- Create business support and date-driven workflows using Power Automate
- Build custom connectors with Power Apps Component Framework
- Build user-facing dashboards and data visualization solutions with Power BI
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, etc. where applicable
- Manage the onboarding of new users of Power Platform solutions
- Provide documentation for all processes and training as needed
- Develop and implement sustainment procedures, monitor performance, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors
- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of applications to meet the business and user needs
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and security
Requirements:
- Must have a Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or related field
- 3 years’ experience designing Power Platform solutions
- PL-400 Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate preferred
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- Experience in Lifecycle Management processes
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong technical writing ability
- Excellent analytical and communication skills

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
