Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals is hiring a skilled CNC Set-Up Technician to join our 2nd or 3rd shift operations and who is looking for a company to grow with. The right candidate will be able to set up machines, prove new programs and troubleshoot any issues.
Responsibilities
- Install tooling/work holding per instructions into the CNC equipment based on setup work instructions
- Set up the CNC equipment with correct work holding, tooling, and parts to perform the job
- Troubleshooting issues with machine programming
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers and other team members
- Inspect and maintain equipment
- 3-5 years CNC Set up experience or related machining experience in a
- Strong analytical, mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics and other documents
- GD&T Understanding how to use datums, feature control frames, and
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
