We’re looking for a Production Lead to guide the Mill Products teams through 2nd and 3rd shift operations. Your leadership will ensure materials move seamlessly, inventory stays accurate, and customer commitments are met—every time.
Your impact- Own the daily rhythm: communicate expectations, plan work, track results, and course-correct fast.
- Be the go-to problem solver for the production floor, removing roadblocks and maintaining a clean, ordered workflow.
- Guarantee on-time delivery by directing part flow and enforcing sound inventory control practices.
- Allocate resources by coordinating workloads and shaping department schedules.
- Elevate team capability by supervising and delivering training for both new and experienced employees.
- Report production data with accuracy and urgency to drive informed decisions.
- Continuously reduce costs by improving process efficiency and deploying creative staffing approaches.
- Champion and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures.
- Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred (or equivalent education).
- Hands-on exposure to powdered metals manufacturing or a machining environment.
- At least 5 years in manufacturing; 2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred (or equivalent training/experience).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
