Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently while providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclubs or banquet settings, responding promptly to any concerns
• Restock bar supplies regularly, track inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively
• Uphold all food handling regulations and beverage service protocols in compliance with health standards
• Assist with catering or banquet events by serving drinks efficiently in high-volume settings

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and retail math is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering functions or banquets
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions; familiarity with brewing or hospitality industry terminology is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.52 per hour
