What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at MI Serenity?
Hiring full time Maintenance Manager to join our team.
Monday – Friday 7am-330pm
We are looking for someone that MUST be honest, organized, and able to manage others (good people skills). We will not budge on these 3 things.
Additional skills required:
Dry wall repair
Painting
Mowing
Some electrical
Plumbing knowledge
General repairs to a home setting
Lift over 50 pounds
All around handy person
Additional duties may include:
Farm skills: driving tractor, operating equipment, etc.
Must have Good work ethic
Good attendance
Must be flexible
Must have occasional flexibility with schedule
Must possess organization skills
Must be able to work without significant oversight
Must have computer skills
Imperative to maintain privacy of people in a home environment
Must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
