About the Role

Are you energetic, self-motivated, and looking for a high-earning entry-level role in sales and marketing? MI Remodelers is looking for outgoing Door-to-Door Canvassers to join our fast-growing home improvement team.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of MI Remodelers in local neighborhoods. You’ll engage directly with homeowners, spark interest in our remodeling services, and gather project details to generate qualified leads. You focus strictly on starting conversations and capturing interest—our dedicated office team handles all sales follow-ups and appointment scheduling!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage Homeowners: Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods, introduce MI Remodelers, and start friendly conversations about home improvement needs.
• Lead Generation: Identify interested homeowners, collect accurate contact details and project specifics, and submit qualified leads to the office daily.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a polite, professional representative of MI Remodelers, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Goal Achievement: Track daily activity and meet or exceed individual and team lead-generation quotas.
• Team Communication: Coordinate regularly with management and office staff to ensure seamless lead handoffs.
