Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: 30hrs per pp variable 8am variable end time. Currently no weekend, on-call, or holiday requirement- this has potential to change in the future. Position Purpose: Great opportunity for a Registered Nurse, RN professional to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person, physically, emotionally and spiritually! What you will do: Registered Nurse, RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience. Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from a state accredited school of professional nursing. Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license required. For Staff Registered Nurse positions within specialty area, prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting is preferred. Required to obtain chemotherapy certification within 6 months of hire BLS certification required. CONTINUING EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Position requires RN to be familiar with hospital and department policies and procedures, accepted methods of requisitioning ancillary department service work, and familiarity with the medial staff. This knowledge is normally acquired through 1-3 months of orientation time. Must maintain current nursing knowledge and BLS certification and required CEU’s for relicensure.
