Duties
- Respond to emergency lockout calls (residential, commercial, and automotive)
- Perform lock rekeying and lock changes for homes and businesses
- Install and repair residential and commercial locks, including deadbolts, knob locks, and smart locks
- Provide car key services, including key cutting and key fob programming
- Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical and electronic locking systems
- Deliver fast, professional, and customer-focused service in urgent situations
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, payments, and services performed
- Educate customers on security upgrades and recommendations

Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience in:
- Emergency lockouts
- Rekeying and lock installation
- Automotive key programming and duplication
- Familiarity with residential and commercial lock systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in the field and handle high-pressure situations
- Good communication and customer service skills
