• Collaborative Spirit: Bring your "chispa" (spark) and energy to our team, working together to create a seamless K-8 Montessori experience.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.




• Certificación de Florida: Must hold or be able to obtain a Florida Professional Educator Certificate in either Pre-K/Primary (Age 3–Grade 3) or Elementary Education (K–6).

• Compliance: Must have (or be able to obtain) all DCF and VPK required courses prior to the start of the school year.




• Bilingual Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English is non-negotiable.




• Montessori Credential: Early Childhood (3–6) credential from a MACTE-accredited program is preferred.




• Professional Residency: If you have the FL Certification but lack the Montessori credential, we offer a 75% tuition subsidy for our on-site MACTE-accredited training starting this summer. ¡Nosotros te apoyamos en tu crecimiento!
