Classroom Culture: Foster a joyful, "follow the child" atmosphere where independence and gracia y cortesía (grace and courtesy) thrive.
Instructional Balance: Deliver core Montessori lessons in Spanish, while providing targeted English-language instruction and interventions in reading and math.
Conexión y Comunicación: Maintain meticulous records and lead parent-teacher conferences in English, ensuring every family feels connected to their child's progress.
Collaborative Spirit: Bring your "chispa" (spark) and energy to our team, working together to create a seamless K-8 Montessori experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Certificación de Florida: Must hold or be able to obtain a Florida Professional Educator Certificate in either Pre-K/Primary (Age 3–Grade 3) or Elementary Education (K–6).
Highly Preferred: ESOL and Reading Endorsements.
Compliance: Must have (or be able to obtain) all DCF and VPK required courses prior to the start of the school year.
Bilingual Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English is non-negotiable.
Montessori Credential: Early Childhood (3–6) credential from a MACTE-accredited program is preferred.
Professional Residency: If you have the FL Certification but lack the Montessori credential, we offer a 75% tuition subsidy for our on-site MACTE-accredited training starting this summer. ¡Nosotros te apoyamos en tu crecimiento!
