Growth & Community Outreach Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for a personable, bilingual coordinator who will drive growth through relationships, outreach, and client experience.
You’ll build and nurture referral sources, turn leads into booked appointments, manage our online reputation, and represent us in the community — while also handling key daytime client interactions that keep the office running smoothly. This role combines relationship-building with practical client support and is ideal if you enjoy both people work and proactive outreach.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience
- Handle calls and messages escalated from our AI phone system
- Book and confirm appointments
- Manage the shared calendar
Referral & Relationship Building
- Maintain and grow referral relationships with existing clients, partners, and community contacts
- Systematically ask for referrals, track sources, and route them properly
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Work inbound leads from marketing and events through to booked appointments
- Conduct persistent, professional follow-up
- Do in-person outreach to local businesses and community organizations
Reputation & Online Presence
- Request and manage Google and other online reviews
- Monitor feedback and help route responses
- Keep local listings accurate
- Engage on social media and share content
New Business Support
- Help with early market research and outreach when new ventures launch
Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Personable, relationship-driven, and comfortable with outreach (including occasional rejection)
- Organized with strong follow-through
- Trustworthy with client relationships
- Able to balance in-office client support with field/community work
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
