What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Technician / Residential Renovation Specialist position at MHS Property Solutions?
A construction‑focused version of your job description works best when it shifts the role from “handyman/maintenance” to something that signals heavier trade skills, job‑site responsibilities, and project execution. A higher hourly rate also makes sense when the role leans more toward construction labor, carpentry, and light renovation work.
Below is a revised title, updated description, and a suggested pay range that aligns with construction‑skilled labor in Ohio.
