We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with Carpentry skills to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair tasks and refurbishing skils to ensure the smooth operation of our properties, lawn care and clean up of all mobile home parks. You will need to be available for rotating after hours for on call emergancies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical, septic and plumbing issues
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on the properties for Lot Rent Olny units
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Have a Vehicle preferably a truck
-Must pass a background
-Must have your own tools
-Knowledge of refurbishing mobile homes
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and septic systems of mobile homes
- Bi-Lingual prefered. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically
- Have the ability to interact professionally with staff and tenants
- Have carpentry skills on Mobile homes
-Knowledge on opperating zero turn mower and small Kubota
