Net Director Perinatal
The Network Director for Perinatal Services oversees programs including Perinatal Connections, serving pregnant and parenting women and infants through one year post-delivery. Responsibilities include program development, monitoring, and service coordination within and outside the agency. The Network Director collaborates with program leadership to ensure families have access to all needed services. They provide professional development, and support staff to deliver trauma-informed, culturally, and linguistically competent services based on evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Defined Education: Nursing
Preferences: Certification as Lactation Educator or Consultant
Years’ Experience: Eight (8) years
Defined Experience: Marketing, Business, and Clinical
License/Certifications: Current Texas Nursing License
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years
