The Human Resources Onboarding Specialist collaborates with a team to provide top-tier service to the organization, overseeing key administrative functions. You will help Talent feel at home from Hello. Serving as a liaison between the Human Resources Department and applicants, you are the first contact with the employee, so this role ensures exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Defined Education: Human Resources, Management, Business, Organizational Management, Public Administration, or related field of study.
Preferences: Human Resources or Business Administration
Substitutions: High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years’ experience; Associate degree and four (4)
years’ experience
Years’ Experience: Two (2) years
Defined Experience: Human Resources
License/Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification is preferred
