Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Paralegal with a focus on Auto Injury plaintiff representation to join our team in Pocono Summit, PA.
The Personal Injury Paralegal will perform various tasks to support our attorneys in personal injury cases, including, but not limited to:
- Screening and evaluating new potential personal injury clients
- Assist existing clients with questions and concerns
- Gather client treatment records and other relevant evidence
- Assemble prelitigation demand packages
- Prepare legal pleadings and post litigation discovery requests and responses
This is an on-site role and the paralegal will be responsible for conducting research, drafting documents, and communicating with clients and other professionals involved in cases.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal in a law firm setting a must
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with case management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attorney-client privilege at all times
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Salary commensurate with experience.
