What you’ll learn:
The Academy is a comprehensive, hands‑on training program led by experienced aviation professionals. Training focuses on real‑world application—not classrooms alone.
As a Structures Academy Apprentice, you’ll be introduced to:
- Aviation maintenance fundamentals
- Aerospace safety standards and compliance
- Use of aerospace hand tools and precision equipment
- Non‑destructive testing concepts
- Hands‑on structural (sheet metal) repair techniques
- How to read, follow, and execute work using technical instructions and checklists

Pay, Schedule, and Expectations:
- Hourly pay during training, plus full benefits
- Training schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
- After completion, candidates must be comfortable with shift work
- MHIRJ is a 24/7 operation
- 12‑hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends
Reliability, flexibility, and attendance are essential throughout training and beyond.

- Physical exam
