As a Corporate Human Resources Manager, you will need to:
- Provide HR guidance and support to all levels of the organization.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate job postings across job boards and social media.
- Assist with presceensing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Manage onboarding tasks including background checks, I-9's, new hire reporting, and documentation.
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Execute employee recognition and performance programs.
- Generate and end birthday and anniversary greetings.
- Interface between payroll and timekeeping systems; ensure data accuracy.
- Learn and troubleshoot HRIS/time management platforms as needed.
- Support disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and investigations.
- Enforce company policies fairly and consistently.
- Assist HR leaders with various HR projects and field support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Speak with others using clear and professional language. Hotel management experience preferred and at least on year of human resources experience is a plus. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Positional requires periods of sitting a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
