What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent position at MHB Real Estate?
Real Estate Agent, REALTOR®
***MHB Real Estate is not the average real estate brokerage. This is not your average real estate sales position.***
According to the National Association of Realtors, 87% of Real Estate Agents fail within the first 5 years. Of those who stick with it, becoming a top producer is even more rare. We’re changing all that. Our business model is built to outperform the traditional model in every way for our clients, but also to produce a highly competent and highly compensated real estate sales team—per agent, MHB generates approximately 222%* more gross commission per agent than the average gross commission across the other top 10 real estate offices in Dane County.
Unlike the common practice of most real estate brokers, we do not recruit everyone; we do not always hire; and we don’t believe in doing real estate part-time or on the side. We are in search of great people whose minds and motivations align with ours–not only that we are paying a salary for the first 12-18 months.
Joining MHB means joining a team, joining our mission, and participating in a unique culture.. We understand that engaged, satisfied, well-compensated team members are a vital component to the overall success of our business.
We operate in an upbeat, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. Challenges are sought out, comfort zones are expanded. Our work is providing clients with the best possible real estate experience.
If the following describes you, we would love to hear from you:
- Collaborative – people like to do business and work with you, you articulate ideas well, think ahead, and are prompt.
- Authentic – you are honest towards yourself and others, working with empathy to build habits, execute ideas, learning from your wins and losses.
- Polished– good daily habits, directed at intentional processes, applying effort strategically to accomplish your goals, paying attention to every detail.
- Drive – unrelenting focus and effort improves all other aspects.
